B2B Marketing Manager - Agency

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Strategy

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
• Gain a deep understanding of client businesses, industries, and objectives.
• Provide strategic recommendations and marketing solutions.
• Manage client expectations through clear communication and proactive planning.

Project & Program Management

• Lead integrated marketing initiatives across digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and public relations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, goals, and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Content Development & Execution

• Create and edit various marketing materials, including marketing plans, presentations, articles, press releases, and social content.
• Review deliverables for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
• Support campaign development from planning through reporting and analysis.

Budget & Account Management

• Manage client budgets, billing, and project profitability.
• Assist with developing project scopes and cost estimates.
• Identify and communicate potential project risks and provide solutions.

Team Collaboration

• Partner with internal teams and outside vendors to deliver successful client programs.
• Mentor and support junior team members when appropriate.
• Participate in proposal development, presentations, and business development activities.
• Stay informed on marketing trends, emerging technologies, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
• 3+ years of marketing experience; agency experience preferred.
• Experience working with B2B marketing programs.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to translate business goals into marketing strategies.
• Proven project management experience, including timeline and budget management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using AI and other digital tools to improve productivity and quality.
