Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health conditions and needs, enabling the development of effective treatment plans.
• Create personalized treatment strategies that respect and align with clients' aspirations and therapeutic objectives.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients using evidence-based methodologies aimed at fostering positive change, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring continuity of care and accessibility for clients, particularly during challenging times.
• Administer crisis intervention services when necessary, responding compassionately to urgent mental health needs and providing immediate support.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on the latest therapeutic practices, ethical standards, and innovations in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily involves working with a diverse adult population experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma-related disorders. By employing a supportive and respectful approach, you will empower clients to navigate their emotional landscapes and achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.

Qualifications

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .
• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, allowing the establishment of meaningful relationships with clients, their families, and colleagues.
• Exude compassion and empathy with a non-judgmental outlook to support clients in their healing journeys.
• Possess robust organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle diverse caseloads and administrative responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean disciplinary record with the licensing board, underscoring professional integrity and commitment to ethical practice.
