What You'll Do

• Float routinely between Willis Knighton Pierremont and Bossier City facilities
• Perform diverse roles including circulating, monitoring, and scrubbing for complex interventional procedures
• Support cardiac and peripheral vascular interventions such as TAVR, MitraClip, laser atherectomy, Impella, and IABP
• Administer vasoactive drugs and sedation; provide critical patient assessments
• Operate imaging systems, including Philips and Merge monitoring; support complex cases with ancillary equipment
• Maintain sterile technique and manage air and hemodynamic parameters during procedures
• Collaborate with charge RN and support team to ensure smooth operations

What You Need

• Required:
• Valid RN license in state of practice
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 3 years RN experience with at least 1.5 years in Cath Lab (preferably complex interventions)
• Ability to scrub, monitor, and circulate during procedures
• Experience with hemodynamic monitoring, sterile technique, and vasoactive medications
• Valid driver's license for floating between facilities
• Preferred:
• Experience with Impella, Rotoblater, IABP, Pnumbra, Laser, Lithotripsy Atherectomy
• Experience supporting structural heart procedures and neuro interventions
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to different case types
