Deputy Director, Housing Lottery & Access Programs

NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development

NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development is seeking a Deputy Director to supervise a team of Project Managers overseeing the monitoring of lotteries and tenant/homebuyer approvals for affordable rental and homeownership units. In this role you will ensure timely processing, maintain records, and coordinate with multiple HPD departments, project owners, and external partners.
