Hourly pay rate: $38-$40

LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse requirements:

Currently holds an active LPN license to work in Ohio
CPR certified (BLS or ALS accepted)
Meets all state and federal requirements for US employment in a nursing facility
Strong patient assessment skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Demonstrated clinical competency
Reliable transportation to worksite location

Flagstar LPNs are expected to carry out the following tasks:

Instruct patients and their families in proper treatment.
Help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health.
Assess and record symptoms and/or reactions and progress in patients.
Administer patient medications as prescribed by the treating physician.
Assist in rehabilitation in accordance with the physician's established plan of treatment.
