About the team: The team empowers Walmart Real Estate by enabling swift, data-driven decisions through advanced analytics and robust data strategies. They apply statistical analysis and big data techniques to address complex challenges, leveraging innovative tools and methodologies. What you'll do: Lead the development and execution of data analytics strategies aligned with business objectives to drive actionable insights. Identify and evaluate data sources, ensuring data quality and relevance for analytics initiatives. Oversee advanced analytics projects, applying statistical methods and data visualization to support decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and measurable outcomes. Mentor and guide analytics teams on best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance capabilities. Monitor and improve data governance, quality management, and compliance with established standards. Communicate complex analytical findings effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders. What you'll bring: Extensive experience in data strategy, data quality management, and advanced analytics to drive business insights and decision-making. Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques, including Tableau, PowerBI, and Python libraries, to communicate complex data effectively. Strong knowledge of business intelligence, project management, and translating business requirements into actionable data initiatives. Expertise in data source identification, data governance, and ensuring data integrity across distributed systems. Ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor associates, and influence stakeholders through clear, data-driven storytelling. Demonstrated capability to evaluate business impact and align analytics strategies with organizational goals. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
