Comprehensive Ophthalmologist Physician

Position Overview We are seeking a full‑time board‑eligible or board‑certified comprehensive ophthalmologist to join the established team at MedStar Health: Ophthalmology at Charlotte Hall. The practice consists of outpatient clinic and outpatient surgery time. This opportunity allows the physician to join a large, integrated health care system while being able to easily establish and maintain a positive work‑life balance. Key Responsibilities Provide expert care in comprehensive ophthalmology, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of conditions, in an office with state‑of‑the‑art equipment. Work closely with a dedicated team to ensure the highest standards of patient care. Engage in patient education and build lasting relationships within the community. Contribute to the growth and development of the practice through collaboration and innovation. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records. Qualifications Medical degree with board certification/eligibility in ophthalmology. Demonstrated clinical skills and a passion for patient care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a busy, high‑volume practice. Compensation & Benefits

• 350,000–$400,000 base salary depending on experience, guaranteed for the first two years.
• 30,000 signing bonus.
• 10,000 relocation allowance.
