Material Control Specialist (Senior & Entry-Level)

Headcount: 2 Positions (1 Experienced, 1 Entry-Level)
Key Responsibilities:
Material Supply Management:
Verify material requirements based on production plans and manage supply schedules.
Monitor shortage/delay issues and establish counter-measures.
Adjust material supply plans upon production schedule changes.
Inventory Management:
Manage raw and sub-material inventory levels.
Maintain appropriate inventory and safety stock.
Inbound/Outbound & Logistics:
Track material receiving, issuing, and movement.
Manage shop-floor material feeding and returns.
Comply with warehouse operating and storage standards.
Physical Inventory Audits: Conduct periodic/spot inventory audits, analyze variance causes, and establish improvement plans.
Customs & SCM: Track customs clearance, invoice payment processing, and supply chain support.
System Management: Maintain material system data and process compliance.
Qualifications:
Experienced Role: 0 to 3 years of material control or warehouse experience.
Entry-Level Role: Associate degree or higher; interest in material control.
ERP system experience preferred.
Global manufacturing working experience preferred.
English communication capability. (Note: F-1 OPT / International student candidates and Korean-English bilingual candidates welcome)
