As a paralegal, you will provide support to our attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, maintaining and organizing files, and assisting with case management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of legal terminology and procedures. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of personal injury cases through litigation. Assist with drafting, reviewing and filing of claims for all types including medical records, motions, discovery and settlement documents. Maintain consistent communication with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel. Track statutes of limitations, deadlines, and court dates. Assist attorneys in trial preparation. Prepare case files from various sources not limited only to court dockets, trial papers, jury trials, hearings and arbitration proceedings. Ensure case management system is updated and accurate at all times. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal (plaintiff side preferred). Strong understanding of Florida personal injury law. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
