If you have at least one year of experience and a passion for retail, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing As our Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our store. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Leading and motivating a team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Managing inventory and ensuring the store is fully stocked and organized.
- Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Handling scheduling, training, and development of team members.
- Ensuring the store maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has at least 2 years of experience in a retail or management role.
- Possesses strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Is customer-focused with excellent communication abilities.
- Can multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Is proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
