CNA - LTC/SNF

Job Summary:


Seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting. The role involves supporting patients with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine patient care tasks including bathing, dressing, and ambulation assistance.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and overall condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to meet individual patient needs.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures.
• Assist with feeding and mobility activities as directed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or certification.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Exhibit compassion and patience when caring for elderly or chronically ill patients.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
