• Location: Venice-area clinics, Los Angeles, CA (604 Rose Avenue)
• Start Date: 10/19/2026 (upon credentialing, estimated 3–4 months)
• End Date: 04/19/2027
• Schedule: 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), with 1–2 evening shifts/week; flexibility for some 12s
• Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours
• Employment Type: Contract
• Licensure/Certifications: CA Medical License required; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine; BLS, ACLS certifications needed
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Family or Internal Medicine, Spanish speaking strongly preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population, averaging 18 patients per day
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health teams and support staff at multiple sites
• Manage routine and urgent internal medicine cases, maintaining high standards of care
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient records
• Engage in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and patient education efforts

What You Need:

• Active California medical license
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication skills; bilingual Spanish is highly preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to clinic needs
