This position will primarily be conducted in a remote setting, providing you with flexibility while allowing for meaningful interactions with clients. Our multidisciplinary approach means you will engage routinely with a team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric professionals.   • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments with clients to understand their unique backgrounds, concerns, and therapeutic needs.

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with clients to define their goals and track progress.

  • Provide various therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy, family therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

  • Engage actively in interdisciplinary team discussions to contribute to client care plans and share insights or observations to enhance therapeutic strategies.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mental health trends, best practices, and relevant therapeutic techniques to ensure the highest standard of care.

  • Document client sessions meticulously to track progress, outcomes, and any necessary adjustments to treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse array of clients, including both adults and children from various backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses. Many clients present with issues such as anxiety, depression, marital discord, or trauma, seeking help to improve their relationships and overall emotional health. As an LMFT, you will provide compassionate care and effective treatment strategies to help leverage their strengths and facilitate healing journeys.

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

  • Possession of a full Clinical Licensure (LMFT) is mandatory to provide services independently.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
