Job Full Opportunity Brief Title: Legal Counsel, North & Central America Litigation Category: Jobs Organiser: Accor Location: New York, United States Description: Accor is seeking a US-barred attorney to report directly to the General Counsel of Accor North & Central Americas (NCA). The selected candidate will oversee, coordinate, and support the General Counsel on all litigation matters affecting Accor in NCA. This includes managing "above-property" corporate litigation and property-level litigation, implementing risk mitigation measures, and coordinating with the Compliance Team on Data Privacy concerns and policies in the region. Eligibility: US-barred attorney with a minimum of 5 years of legal experience. A mix of both in-house and firm experience is preferred. Experience beyond transactional legal work, focusing on general commercial legal support, data privacy, and/or compliance-related matters. Litigation and hospitality industry experience is preferred but not required.
