# Engineering Support Specialist IApplylocations: Idaho - Lewistontime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 2026-21913***Essential Duties and Responsibilities**** Complete basic testing, services, or troubleshooting of SEL products and processes in accordance with defined procedures under the direction of more experienced staff.* Provides status updates to SEL staff and customers. Communicates effectively with team and internal partners and customers.* Learn and follow department processes while communicating opportunities for improvement to documentation or work instructions.* Represent your team by participating in collaborative improvement efforts.* Develop basic proficiency in the activities required to support one of the Operation Team’s disciplines (i.e. Flowline product failures, Product Hospital, test infrastructure support, or Test Lab), or R&D’s disciplines (i.e. Lab Support, Product Test, Infrastructure, or Compliance).* Learn and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operation, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.* Understand. Create. Simplify.* Other duties as assigned.***Required Qualifications**** Two years’ relevant experience* Able to efficiently operate Windows and MS Office* Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills* Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities* Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment* Background check results satisfactory to SEL* Negative drug test result(s)***Preferred Qualifications**** Two years’ experience working with SEL products* Experience with computer-controlled test equipment* Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, electronic schematics, and wiring diagrams***Physical Requirements**** Lift, push, pull and maneuver up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 35 pounds occasionally* Sit and stand for at least 8 hours* Vision correctable to 20/30 or better* Ability to differentiate color* Use of computer keyboard devices* Reach, Bend, Twist**Competitive pay.
