Required Skills

• Circulating and monitoring experience
• EP Lab experience required
• Strong preference for EP scrub experience in a sterile field (1+ year preferred)
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Epic experience required
• Charting System: Epic ( required experience )
• Experience Required: 2+ years, no employment gaps
• Travel Requirement: Permanent address must be at least 25 miles from facility

Patient Population / Procedures

• Ablations (A-Fib, A-Flutter, VT)
• ICDs
• Pacemakers
• Bi-V ICDs
• Watchman procedures
• EP Studies

Equipment / Systems

• Epic
• MacLab/CardioLab
• Biosense Webster Mapping System

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 0700–1730 (4x10s)
• Friday: Education day (travelers expected to attend)

Call Requirements

• 3 call nights per month (1700–0700)
• 1 weekend of call per month (Friday–Sunday)
• Travelers participate in holiday call rotation
• 4-person call team
• 20-minute response time

Floating

• No IR floating
• May float to Cath Lab for circulating and monitoring assistance

Orientation

• One week unit-specific orientation after onboarding

Team Structure

• Manager: Cath Lab Coordinator
• Cath Lab Techs: Paramedics, EMTs, or Rad Techs
• Cardiologists present during procedures; clinic responsibilities on non-lab days

Additional Notes

• EP procedures primarily performed on Mondays and Thursdays
• Interventional cardiologist available for some procedures
• Scrubs provided by facility
