Our award-winning client is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their team.We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support our Litigation and General Business practice groups. You'll leverage technology to ensure efficient operations and provide comprehensive legal support to our attorneys.

• Utilize technology to optimize attorney workflows.
• Prepare and edit legal documents, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Manage electronic and paper filings, including e-filing in state courts.
• Coordinate attorney calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
• Maintain client contact lists and manage attorney timesheets.
• Process expense reimbursements for attorneys and clients.
• Work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• High school diploma (Associate's degree preferred).
• 3+ years of legal secretarial experience (negotiable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and PDF software.
• Solid understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
• Excellent communication, grammar, and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate office equipment, including computers, printers, fax machines, and phones.
