Program and Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. This role will be supporting Nashville residential program(s) to ensure the execution of normal program functions, including qualifying customers for program participation, responding to inquiries from customers, program partners, and trade allies, producing monthly and ad‑hoc reports, and other duties as assigned. For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can… Responsibilities Oversee projects and communicate between teams to ensure timely completion Review project documentation, reports, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and completion Enter, modify, and track data via multiple web‑based applications Perform intermediate level calculations and analysis in Microsoft Excel Responsible for assembling client and/or internal deliverables and responding to client requests, including creating monthly and other program reports for clients Address customer satisfaction concerns and resolve any issues Manage inventory and distribution of energy saving devices Experience troubleshooting problems, finding and implementing solutions Oversee timelines, address system functionality and drives process improvements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 3‑5 years of relevant professional experience Strong customer service and enthusiasm for energy conservation Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe, and Smartsheet Compensation Range $48,800.00 – $66,300.00 USD per year DOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
