Customer Experience Associate - Corydon

Job Title

Job responsibilities include working closely with customers, discussing discounts, resolving issues, setting appointments, cross-selling, handling calls, collecting payments, setting up bill accounts, submitting claims paperwork, providing proof of insurance documents, assisting with INFB Health Plans, and any additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements for Success

High school diploma or GED equivalent, 3 years of customer service experience, insurance experience preferred, Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within a year, working knowledge of Farm Bureau discounts and programs or ability to learn this information quickly, ability to communicate with a variety of audiences, strong time management and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients, proficient in using Android and Apple phones, ability to have patience and understanding in guiding customers through technology.
