Assistant Professor of Accounting

Position Overview Assistant Professor of Accounting (tenure‑track) in the Frost School of Business, beginning August 2027. Responsibilities Teach introductory and upper‑level accounting courses (three 4‑credit‑hour courses per semester). Hold on‑campus office hours each week. Mentor undergraduate students in research and academic advising. Contribute to departmental service, interdisciplinary teaching, and scholarship. Preferred Qualifications Terminal degree in Accounting from an AACSB‑accredited institution (campus‑based doctoral program preferred). Abd within one year of degree completion, or C.P.A. with a graduate business degree. Demonstrated excellence in teaching, professional industry experience, and a commitment to mentoring diverse students.
