Overnight Direct Care Staff

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita Family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Position : Direct Support Professional (Caregiver) – Overnight opening. Pay : $11.41 (asleep) and $19.53 (awake). Schedule : 7 days on / 7 days off, Wednesday to Wednesday, 10 p - 7 a. Responsibilities Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. Support participants in achieving developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Assist with personal hygiene and provide care to individuals who may have behavioral challenges or complex needs. Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities. Build trust with participants and work collaboratively with team leaders. What You’ll Bring No high school diploma or equivalent required. No experience in human services or direct care necessary; training provided. Strong communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, and time‑management skills. Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors. Valid driver's license with at least one year following permit and a clean motor‑vehicle record.
