Crestfield Talent is seeking a detail-oriented

Sales Operations Analyst

to support sales performance tracking, CRM accuracy, pipeline reporting, and day-to-day operational planning.

This hybrid role is a good fit for someone who is comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and sales systems while helping commercial teams stay organized and informed. Responsibilities

Maintain accurate opportunity and account data in CRM systems

Support pipeline reporting and sales activity tracking

Prepare routine performance reports and internal updates

Review sales data for inconsistencies and missing information

Track deadlines, open items, and follow-up activity

Support sales forecasting and account review preparation

Maintain sales process documentation and internal trackers

Coordinate with sales and operations teams on reporting needs

Qualifications

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Good attention to detail

Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Previous sales operations, reporting, business operations, or analytical experience is preferred
