Job Details Employment Type: Travel Nursing Setting: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Step-Down Unit Location: Columbus, OH 43210 Start Date: 11/2/2026 End Date: 2/1/2027 Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours Per Week: 36 Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,940 - $2,040 Charting System: Epic Patient Population: Adult PCU patients, including transplant-related care Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit or step-down nursing experience Current RN license in hand at time of submission ACLS and BLS certification required Experience with Epic charting preferred or required Strong telemetry interpretation skills and IV start experience Ability to float to equivalent or lower-acuity units as needed Comfort working with adult patients in a transplant-focused PCU environment Graduation from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to adult Progressive Care Unit patients Monitor telemetry and respond promptly to changes in patient condition Perform IV starts and maintain peripheral and central line care as needed Document accurately and efficiently in Epic Support patients recovering from kidney, liver, and pancreas transplants, along with other complex medical conditions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to promote safe, effective patient outcomes Float within the organization to comparable or lower-acuity units when assigned Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a busy, team-oriented hospital environment Why Join This Ohio Nursing Opportunity?
