Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver – Pueblo, CO – Trainees Welcome

Looking to trade the endless OTR weeks for a reliable schedule that lets you sleep in your own bed every night? We're hiring a local shuttle driver to join our team running out of the Pueblo Distribution Center.

This run is all about consistency: show up, knock out your daily turns, and go home to your family.

Key Job Details

Weekly Pay: Dependable average of $1,300 gross per week.

Zero Physical Labor: 100% no-touch freight. It's strictly local drop-and-hook or quick shuttle unloads, no heavy lifting or throwing boxes required.

Home Time: 100% home daily.

The Route: Intra-Colorado shuttle runs averaging around 2 turns a day out of the Pueblo DC.

Work Schedule: Minimum of 5 days a week on a rolling Monday–Sunday schedule (weekend shifts and holidays are part of the routine to keep freight moving).

Shift Flexibility: Operational windows cover both day and night turns, so you'll need flexibility to run either depending on dispatch needs.

Driving Conditions: Must be comfortable navigating local routes, handling seasonal winter mountain driving, and working holidays when scheduled.

What We Need From You

Location: Must live within 40 miles of Pueblo, CO (Zip Code: 81001).

Experience Tiers:

Trainees: Completely welcome with 0 months experience (must have a valid Class A CDL).

Experienced Drivers: Need 6+ months OTR in the last year, or 12 months in the last 5 years (local Class A experience counts towards this!).

Qualifications : Active CDL-A and valid DOT Medical Card.

Safety & Background: Clean driving record with zero major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no more than 4 jobs in the past 12 months, and ability to pass a hair + urine drug screen.
