Role: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) providing therapy services within a healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities: Deliver quality therapy based on physician’s orders, communicate progress to therapists and physicians, assist with resident activities, and maintain accurate department records. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited therapy assistant program, eligible for certification/licensure in Colorado, and able to understand medical terminology relevant to therapy. Skills & Attributes: Compassionate, effective communicator with ability to collaborate with residents, staff, and physicians, and capable of performing delegated therapy treatments.
