Job description: A growing transportation company in Lake County is seeking to add a Dispatcher to their team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assigning drivers to appropriate routes
- Scheduling and dispatching drivers
- Providing technical and guidance support to drivers
- Analyzing routes for efficiency and implementing changes when necessary
- 2+ years of transportation/logistical scheduling experience (minimum)
- Strong customer service skills
- Must have a clean driving record
- Good understanding of maps/ the Waukegan area
- Excellent time management
- Skilled with Computer systems
- Excel knowledge
Hours:
