Desired Qualifications

• Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Active NC license (or eligibility for license)
• Previous respiratory therapy experience preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Proficient communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to patients according to physician orders and established protocols
• Assess, plan, and deliver therapeutic interventions for patients with respiratory disorders
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot respiratory care equipment
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
• Educate patients and families about respiratory care techniques and disease management

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
