The intern will assist in preparing patients, operating ultrasound equipment, and ensuring smooth workflow in the ultrasound department. Position Details: Location Mercy Hospital Jefferson - Imaging Department 1400 US Highway 61 Festus, Missouri 63028 Hours/Schedule PRN Minimum Required Qualifications: Education: Currently enrolled in certified Ultrasound Training Program or in a school of ultrasound imaging or graduate of a school of Sonography Preferred Required Qualifications: Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: o Basic knowledge of ultrasound principles and diagnostic imaging techniques. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work well in a team environment. o Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. o Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
