Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.Represents Sila in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.Physical requirements includes the ability to lift up to 75lbs, stand, bend, stoop, sit, reach, lift and travel to locations.Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent.Ability to be flexible in work schedule (may include some weekends).HVAC school or work experience a+Skills and Abilities:Must have knowledge of safety rules and requirements.Must have a strong attention to detail.Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must have the ability to multi-task.Must have excellent customer service skills.Must have clean driving record.Must possess knowledge of HVAC systems.EOE M/F/D/V #LPMW1 $16 - $20 an hour
