This PX role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, leading complex multifamily and high-end residential projects from preconstruction through closeout. Strong emphasis on design thinking + collaboration Deeply rooted in urban redevelopment and placemaking Unique model integrating architecture, construction, and development Known for high-quality, context-driven projects that reflect the character of the surrounding community Description This is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing projects from preconstruction through completion, with a strong focus on execution, coordination, and team leadership. Partner with the internal design team to ensure constructible, high-quality plans Manage permitting, inspections, and all jurisdictional requirements Lead procurement of owner-supplied materials, including pricing and lead times Bid, negotiate, and award subcontractor scopes; build new trade relationships Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and reporting (including monthly cost tracking) Collaborate daily with field leadership to maintain quality and timeline Oversee RFIs, submittals, requisitions, and project documentation Drive project closeout and turnover processes Mentor junior team members and help build out the project management structure Profile Competitive base salary ($165K-$210K, with ~$180K as the sweet spot) Opportunity to step into a leadership track and build a team beneath you Exposure to high-impact, design-driven projects ranging from luxury homes to large-scale multifamily (400+ units pipeline) Collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with direct access to senior leadership Full benefits including healthcare, PTO, and 401(k) Job Offer Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000 USD.
