As a BCBA, you will develop individualized treatment programs, collaborate with families and professionals, and supervise behavior technicians to help children achieve meaningful progress.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment programs.Conduct behavioral assessments and create treatment plans.Supervise, mentor, and provide clinical oversight to Behavior Technicians/RBTs.Provide parent and caregiver training to support treatment implementation.Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive care.Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.Assess and plan client transitions.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure quality service delivery.QualificationsActive Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services.Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.CompensationSalary: $84,311.91 - $101,536.91 per yearAnnual performance bonusBenefits401(k) with company matchingHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and paid sick leaveFlexible schedulingContinuing education creditsProfessional development assistanceTuition reimbursementMileage reimbursementReferral programRelocation assistanceWork LocationField-based / Travel to client locations ("On the road") Synectics
