Medical/Wound Care/ Podiatry Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Medical Management. Primary responsibility for primary care services, acute care services, routine monitoring of chronic conditions.
• Wound Care and Podiatry experience.
• Quality Improvement. Implementing best practices to avoid hospitalizations and emergency department visits and maximize functional improvements and quality of life.
• Team Support: Collaborate and provide clinical support to nurse practitioners, typically one per facility, empowering them with guidance and sharing medical expertise.
• Regulatory Compliance.

• Annual compensation $120,000 , based on volume. You are in control of your earning potential.
