General Manager – Painting & Flooring

We're looking for an entrepreneurial General Manager to lead one of our established Painting & Flooring locations. This isn't a traditional management position—you'll have full responsibility for the success of your branch, including sales, operations, customer experience, profitability, and team leadership.

Our company operates multiple successful locations throughout Georgia and Tennessee. We have a proven marketing system, strong brand recognition, and a steady pipeline of residential customers. Your job is to lead the team, grow the business, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead the daily operations of a multi-million-dollar home services business
• Manage branch profitability and achieve revenue and margin goals
• Hire, coach, and develop estimators, production managers, office staff, and field teams
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to company quality standards
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements
• Build a culture focused on accountability, customer service, and teamwork
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and online review ratings
• Work closely with ownership to execute growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of leadership or operations management experience
• Experience managing teams and holding people accountable
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and make sound decisions
• Experience in construction, painting, flooring, remodeling, roofing, HVAC, landscaping, restoration, or another home service industry is a plus—but not required
• A results-oriented leader who takes ownership and thinks like a business owner
