Shuttle Driver

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Shuttle Driver . In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting Kalahari guests via Kalahari shuttle vehicles and accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous, efficient, and confidential manner.


$11-13/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Safely transport Kalahari guests via Kalahari shuttle vehicles.
• Load and unload luggage carts.
• Maintain current listing of local and area attractions, special events and activities.
• Maintain list of local transportation guides, churches, sports arenas, etc.
• Check and store luggage for arrivals and departures with luggage tags.
• Escort guests to rooms and familiarize them with hotel services and amenities (hours of outlets, water park, theme park, fitness center, etc.).
• Inspect guest's room to ensure it is in order and that supplies are adequate before leaving guest at check-in.
• Explain features of the room including operation of radio, television, telephone, in-room movie system, fireplace if applicable, etc.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 25 years old with a valid Virginia Driver's License is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• An understanding of the local area is preferred.
• A background in customer service is preferred.
