In this role, you’ll help individuals, families, Medicare beneficiaries, and small businesses find the right coverage while building lasting client relationships. If you’re licensed, experienced in health insurance sales, and looking for a stable opportunity with growth potential, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do Guide clients through health insurance plan options and enrollment decisions Sell and service Individual, Family, Medicare, Small Group, and ICHRA health insurance plans Assist with renewals, policy changes, and ongoing client support Build trusted relationships through exceptional customer service Maintain accurate client records and documentation Utilize technology and agency systems to manage accounts efficientlyil> Collaborate with a close-knit team of insurance professionals dedicated to helping Colorado residents What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Active Life & Health Insurance License Previous health insurance sales experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent computer and organizational skills Ability to work full-time on-site in Southeast Denver Reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining client confidentiality Preferred Qualifications Connect for Health Colorado Certification Experience with Individual Health Insurance, Family Health Insurance, Medicare Plans, Small Group Benefits, ICHRA Programs Established network within the Colorado insurance market Compensation & Benefits Base Salary $40,000-$60,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications) Additional Bonus Opportunities for New Sales Long-term career growth with an established and respected Colorado insurance agency Supportive team environment with experienced industry professionals Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday Typical hours 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM Flexible schedule options available (employees who start earlier may leave earlier) Why Join Colorado Health Colorado Health has built a strong reputation for helping individuals, families, seniors, and employers find quality healthcare coverage solutions.
