Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns.
- Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVI) and accurately document vehicle condition and findings.
- Perform major mechanical repairs and component replacements.
- Document recommended repairs clearly and accurately.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship while working efficiently in a flat-rate environment.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to support an efficient repair workflow.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of automotive repair experience.
- Strong automotive diagnostic and drivability skills.
- Experience diagnosing electrical concerns and completing complex mechanical repairs.
- Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment.
- Independent repair shop experience is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Service Advisors and other team members.
Compensation & Benefits
- $45-$55 per flagged hour, flat rate.
