Newport Beach, CA (Hybrid flexibility for top candidates) Base Salary: $200K - $300K (DOE) Origination Bonus: 30% of fees on cases you bring in Non-Originated Cases: 3% on settled cases Additional bonus structure: TBD This is a high-level plaintiff-side litigation role offering autonomy, quality cases, and meaningful earning potential. The firm focuses on high-value personal injury matters rather than volume work, allowing attorneys to concentrate on strategy, litigation, and results. You will be trusted to run your cases independently while being supported by an experienced team and strong internal infrastructure.
