CT Tech Travel Opportunity

Travel opportunity for a CT Tech. Work schedule is Thursday through Saturday. The unit specializes in CT scans. The typical staffing includes 4 techs plus a supervisor daily. On weekends, the unit has 3 day staff and 1 night staff. Day shift consists of 2 techs from 7 AM to 5 PM and another from 9 AM to 9 PM. The night shift is covered by 1 tech from 7 PM to 7 AM. Cross-training may occur between x-ray and CT. The unit has 2 in-house scanners (128 slice and 16 slice) and 1 mobile unit (64 slice). The electronic medical record system used is Meditech. Preferred qualifications include night shift experience and trauma level experience. Knowledge of GE equipment, Meditech, and Centricity PACS is advantageous. Typical procedures performed include CTA, ABD PELV, and CAP PELV. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, self-starters with strong critical thinking skills. Teamwork and collaboration are essential in this role.
