The CASO will also be instrumental in refining and codifying the K-8 model to align with the high school vision, guiding the evolution of practices to strengthen long-term K-12 readiness, and building coherent systems to drive learning outcomes. Applicants for the CASO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 10 years of experience in school or network leadership, with a strong preference for those who have served as both a school principal and a network-level leader. The role requires a proven track record in clarifying vision, leading system-wide change, and designing academic systems that enhance instructional quality and student outcomes.
