Outpatient Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) – Cancer Center | Monday–Friday Days

Position Details

• Specialty: Outpatient Oncology Registered Nurse (RN)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (start/end times may vary)
• Weekend Requirement: None

Unit Information

This position supports outpatient oncology clinics caring for patients with:

• Lung Cancer
• Gastrointestinal (GI) Cancers

Responsibilities include administering oncology treatments, coordinating patient care, and providing comprehensive patient education.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent outpatient oncology RN experience
• Active California RN License (must be active at the time of submission)
• Required Certification: BLS
• Preferred Certifications: OCN or ONS/ONCC
• Experience with GI chemotherapy regimens and patient education is highly preferred.

Traveler Requirements

• First-time travelers are welcome with at least 3 years of oncology experience
• Pending licenses are not accepted

Important Notes

• No requested time off (RTO) will be approved during the first two weeks of the assignment.
