Registered Client Associate

Your role

Are you detail-oriented? Do you enjoy going above and beyond to ensure tasks are met and exceeded?

We're looking for a Registered Client Service Associate to:

• provide a best-in-class client experience through active communication, exceptional attention to detail, and quick inquiry resolution
• onboard and maintain client accounts, process deposits and distributions
• perform administrative duties that support daily business practices

Your team

Based in our Chicago, IL office, you'll be part of a Private Wealth Management team known for building long-standing client relationships and helping provide financial security across generations. As a Registered Client Associate, you'll play an important role in delivering excellent service to clients while supporting the team's Financial Advisors.

Your expertise

• series 7 and 66 licenses or willingness to obtain after hire
• ideally 5 years of experience in client service, preferably within the finance sector
• bachelor's degree or equivalent, focusing on finance, communication, or business
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
