What You'll Do Technical & Service Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain Acorn stairlift systems in customers’ homes. Perform preventive maintenance and annual safety inspections while ensuring high-quality, reliable workmanship. Customer & Field Operations Provide professional customer service by explaining repairs, equipment operation, and maintenance recommendations. Work independently throughout an assigned territory while managing schedules, work orders, documentation, and communication using a company-provided mobile device. Vehicle, Inventory & Safety Maintain an organized company vehicle and accurately manage parts inventory to ensure supplies are available when needed. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment while representing Acorn Stairlifts with professionalism and integrity. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work comfortably in residential homes. Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications for scheduling, documentation, and communication. Ability to manage daily workloads, prioritize multiple service calls, and work independently. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
