Employment Type Casual Employee (per diem, hourly clinician role) 16–24 patient care hours per week Location Seeing patients in Downtown Seattle (with float to nearby clinics as needed) What You’ll Be Working On Seeing patients with a broad array of needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits (non‑panel‑building role) Treating patients in‑office and performing occasional tele‑health visits Ongoing collaboration with in‑office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams Utilizing your clinical training and performing in‑office procedures Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in other states Education, Licenses, and Experience Required At least 2 years of primary care experience Current licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Washington State Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively in 1‑on‑1 and group settings Thriving in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven organization focused on data‑driven patient outcomes Board certification One Medical Providers Also Demonstrate Passion for human‑centered primary care Effective communication and provision of care to individuals of all backgrounds Skillful use of technology to deliver high‑quality care Clinical proficiency in evidence‑based primary care Desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery Openness to feedback and reflection for personal growth Confidence navigating uncertain situations with patients and colleagues Readiness to adapt behavior to meet patient needs Per Diem Providers Receive Malpractice insurance covering 100% of fees at One Medical UpToDate subscription – evidence‑based clinical research tool One Medical issued laptop for secure EHR access Sick time/PTO eligible in accordance with local requirements Compensation The hourly rate for this role is $171.00. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient care schedule; additional pay may be determined for candidates who exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package may include benefits.
