The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients in a home care setting, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Duties LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse): Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Monitor patient vital signs and report any deviations from normal Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan patient care Requirements LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse): Valid LPN license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology Experience in geriatrics, medical office settings, and cardiac care is preferred Ability to provide care for patients across the lifespan Familiarity with pain management techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Join our team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
