A healthcare facility in Morton, IL, is seeking a skilled Staff Pharmacist for per diem assignments with daytime shifts. This role involves working Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on specified dates, providing pharmacy expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

• Morton, Illinois

Schedule:

• Days: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Specific Dates: October 12, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22, 26, 28, 30
• Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

• Dispense and review medications accurately according to prescriptions.
• Manage order entry using Epic Willow system.
• Counsel patients on medication usage and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize pharmaceutical care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois pharmacist license.
• Proven retail pharmacy experience.
• Proficient in using pharmacy order entry systems, preferably Epic Willow.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during assigned shifts.
