About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key player in the company's strategic and project financing, with a focus on equity and debt. This includes managing the financial function, maintaining relationships with financial partners, and being involved in M&A activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and the management team, and will be responsible for financial strategy at both corporate and project levels. The role demands a proactive, independent individual with strong communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, complex environment. Leadership experience in international project organizations is a plus. To be considered for the CFO position, candidates should have an MSc in a relevant field, preferably with a master's degree in economics/finance or a CPA. A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in strategic finance activities, including securing debt and equity, is required. Experience in reporting to regulatory bodies and public markets, as well as familiarity with IFRS, is also valued. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and may have experience with international currencies.
