Pediatric LPN – Part-Time Home Health
Location: Westerville, Ohio
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
Pay: $31/hour
Patient: 6-year-old pediatric client
We are seeking a caring, dependable, and clinically skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a 6-year-old pediatric patient in the comfort of their home in Westerville, Ohio .
This is a consistent Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–7:00 PM position, offering an excellent opportunity for an LPN looking for a rewarding pediatric home-care assignment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide safe, compassionate one-on-one nursing care
Administer medications as ordered
Thicken fluids according to the patient's care plan
Properly apply and utilize a prescribed compression vest
Monitor the patient's condition and report changes as appropriate
Follow the established plan of care and physician orders
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate professionally with the family and clinical support team
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for the patient
Home Environment: The family has one cat .

Qualifications
Active Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
Pediatric or home-health experience preferred
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Reliable transportation to the client's home
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Professional, dependable, and compassionate work ethic
Ability to follow the patient's individualized plan of care
