Recruiter

Summary/Objective Corporate Recruiter 1 works with assigned departments and builds relationships with hiring managers to work through open needs. Leads full life cycle recruitment process for multiple roles (possibly high-volume teams) within ACA and is likely to find and manage their candidates through active sources opposed to passive candidate searches. There is some strategy development, but mostly this recruiter is executing on strategy previously set. Essential Functions Builds relationships with hiring managers; spending time with their teams to learn efficiencies/qualities sought, etc. Takes action on open needs, and works to help create a hiring plan in partnership with the Hiring Manager Sets timely updates to keep communication open with hiring managers. Recruit for multiple positions within the company within designated department(s) or teams. Source and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Produce and communicate reports showing progress of open roles. Assists with the day-to-day efficient operation of the hiring process. Conduct pre-screen interviews with qualified candidates. May send to hiring managers for review first for thoughts. Accurately and timely track candidates in the ATS. Obtain feedback and interview notes from Hiring Managers in a timely fashion. Make offers and send out required paperwork Works to meet all hiring goals; including time to fill, retention, etc. ACA brand ambassador. Qualifications 1+ years of recruitment experience preferred Experience working in a corporate environment with desire to learn recruiting. College Degree in Human Resources, Marketing or other relevant area of study preferred Applicant Tracking System experience preferred or ability to maneuver through multiple applications/programs and share specific experiences from that knowledge. High level of professionalism, including verbal and written communication skills. Ability to creatively solve problems. Ability to connect with people. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment and Physical Demands This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday with some schedule variations as needed. Travel This position will require up to 10% travel.
