Join our fast casual dining team as a Server, where you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will work closely within a small team to manage multiple responsibilities, from order taking and beverage service to upselling and conflict resolution. Your detailed knowledge of our menu, including pairing recommendations, will enhance guest satisfaction in a dynamic and flexible work environment.

Responsibilities

• Take and accurately process customer orders
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance dining experience
• Set tables and maintain a clean dining area
• Serve beverages and assist with cash handling
• Upsell menu items to increase sales
• Resolve customer conflicts professionally
• Collaborate effectively with team members in a small group setting
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of menu items and pairing recommendations
• Participate in a flexible role with multiple duties including serving and support tasks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Effective communication abilities
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• TIPS certification
