This role focuses on developing new business, managing key accounts, and working closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver compliant, effective fire sprinkler solutions for industrial clients.This position has a salary range of $75k-85k per year depending on experienceJob ResponsibilitiesIdentify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities in industrial and large commercial marketsManage relationships with contractors, facility managers, engineers, and industrial end usersConduct site visits to assess customer needs and scope fire sprinkler system requirementsPrepare and present proposals, estimates, and bids in coordination with design and operations teamsMaintain a strong pipeline and meet or exceed sales targetsStay current with NFPA standards, local fire codes, and industry best practicesRepresent the company professionally at client meetings, job sites, and industry eventsJob QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDProven experience selling fire sprinkler or fire protection systems, with experience in industrial environmentsStrong understanding of NFPA standards, fire codes, and sprinkler system applicationsDemonstrated success in B2B sales, project-based selling, or technical salesExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to read plans, specifications, and construction documentsSelf-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneouslyValid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territoryPreferred ExperienceBackground working with warehouses, manufacturing plants, processing facilities, or large-scale industrial sitesExperience with design-build or engineered fire protection solutionsExisting industry contacts or customer relationships
